First: Bolognese sauce doesn't exist. Its name is ragù (and surely not Ragú, either).
Second: "spaghetti alla bolognese" are a fake Italian food. Ragù is served with tagliatelle, or a similar pasta all'uovo (egg pasta).

Not exactly... Spaghetti are (in general) the first course (average serving size: 100 g of dry pasta), followed by a meat/fish dish. So basically they are half of your lunch/dinner (at least when your mamma is the cook).

Yes! Even if it's quite unusual to use spaghetto*, not surprisingly...
*except in one case: prendersi uno spaghetto (to "take oneself" a spaghetto) means to get frightened.
